[SENTA GOERTLER, PATIENT] The absolute selling point for me was one year I came in for, this is after we had been a client for a while, I came in and she said, you know, your x-rays look very different than before. And the change from one to the next is very different than from previous visits.

And then she asked me a whole series of questions to figure out what was it that was different that was exhibiting this change. And that showed me she paid attention to my history. She didn’t just start fresh. She actually knew what happened before and what’s going on now. And she was going to go dig until she finds the answer, whether it’s something that her practice can address or somebody else. And that I really appreciated. And that’s why we stay.
